The HydroDCS has different user levels.  Almost 100% of the functionality of the HydroDCS can be utilized by a someone who is not logged in.  Users who are not logged in can view reports and downloaded rating tables, as well as look at some of the high level details and status of the HydroDCS.  


For more advanced functionality user must be logged in as a privileged user.
